Hmmm. Looks like they didn't get the memo on the miniskirt crisis. I say lock 'em up, dammit! Cuff 'em both...to each other. For safety, of course.

Down here in San Diego, some people dress so provocatively sometimes that you can't really tell if it's a Halloween costume or not.
